I am H. Frank Winn Jr. Attorney and Counselor at Law. My legal practice began in 1968, when I was admitted to practice in all Florida courts. A year later, I was admitted to practice in the Federal District Court, Northern District of Florida. For decades I have dedicated my legal practice to individuals, families and small businesses in Pensacola and the surrounding areas.
The last 15 years of my practice have been devoted primarily to estate planning, probate and estate administration. I also am able to offer services to small businesses and for real estate matters. In the past, I've also practiced in civil and criminal litigation, personal injury, divorce, bankruptcy and other legal areas. This has given me extensive general legal knowledge and an understanding of how different legal matter can affect my clients.
Abraham Lincoln is quoted as saying, "A lawyer's time is his stock and trade." Far be it for me to alter Abe's wisdom, but I add that a lawyer's stock and trade is his time, knowledge, experience and value of his service.
